Log into EQRS: https://eqrs.cms.gov/
Click on Dashboard on the upper Left
Monitor and resolve any items listed - especially any 2728 & 2746 Forms that are Due - so that you stay in Compliance!
NOTE: Sometimes the Dashboard will have a glitch and the data will not be current.
Double-check the items on the list, and if the Dashboard is wrong notify the CMS Help Desk right away so they can fix it! qnetsupport-esrd@cms.hhs.gov or 866-288-8912.
