Telemedicine Reporting is a newly added feature to the EQRS Patient Clinical section, as of January 2022.
Complete this section each month for each patient, selecting (Yes/No) to whether the patient had a Telemedicine visit during the reporting month.
Log into EQRS https://eqrs.cms.gov/
Navigate to Patients --> Manage Clinical
Search for your patient(s) and complete the Telemedicine section at the end of the clinical sections.
- Enter data for the reporting month (In February, report whether patient had a Telemedicine visit in February)
