A patient's Admit Date must have a Treatment Start Date that matches. (if patient was admitted, they received treatment!)

- The below image shows dates that do not match.

A patient can have multiple Treatment Start Dates when admitted to your facility, but:

  • Each treatment must be unique (should not be an exact duplicate of another treatment)
  • The modality, duration, training can change as often as needed
  • Each Admit Date must have a Treatment Start Date
  • All following Treatments can come after!

If patient leaves your facility and then returns, the new Admit Date should have a new Treatment Start Date

To make the Treatment Start Date match the Admit Date:

- Click on Treatment

- Click on the Admit Date

- Click on the Treatment Start Date

- Edit --> Save

To Delete incorrect or duplicate Treatments:

- Click on Treatment

- Click on the Admit Date

- Click on the Treatment Start Date

- Edit

- CHANGE the Treatment TYPE to a different Treatment (that does not have clinical data connected)

- CHANGE the Treatment DATE to today's date.

- SAVE

- Edit

- Delete the entire Treatment
