Each year, the CDC requires that one person from each facility complete the Annual NHSN Dialysis Event Surveillance Training. Go to Course Catalog and enter "Dialysis" in the search box.

Use the instructions are for NHSN Dialysis Event Module to assist in completing the required NHSN Dialysis Event Surveillance Annual Training.

It is required to be taken by at least one staff member per facility annually
